Sarah Wade is an attorney at Elegal. Sarah’s practice focuses mainly on qui tam whistleblower cases under the False Claims Act. In her qui tam cases, Sarah represents whistleblowers who are aware of fraud against the government. Her cases target fraud in connection with government funded healthcare programs under Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare as well as defense procurement, federally insured education and housing loans, federally funded construction projects and research grants, as well as customs fraud.

Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Utah and was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University where she also graduated cum laude. Sarah is a member of the State Bar of Utah, the Federal Bar Association, and Taxpayers Against Fraud. She also serves as a committee member with the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Women in Law and the Utah Association for Justice.
