Attorney Robert Sherlock Secures Reversal of Decision, Allows Suit to Proceed
Eisenberg Gilchrist & Cutt attorney Robert Sherlock recently argued his client’s case in front of a Ninth Circuit panel and successfully secured a reversal of a lower court’s decision allowing his client’s suit to proceed.
“Our complainant alleges that QTC behaved as if they were getting paid per widget produced, and had a singular focus on producing the most possible, at the expense of quality,” Sherlock said. “These are real people who were exposed to dioxin by their own government. Failure to flag a qualifying medical record meant that no benefits would be given to a veteran and his family.”
